What gear do I need?
Bring your instrument(s) if they fit! Amps are not required. For more information, email contact@masterscollective.org to see what will be provided.

Can I still come if I’m not a musician? 
Non-musicians are more than welcome… and encouraged to attend!

What skill level is required to attend?
Programming is developed to accommodate all ranges of playing. All workshops are optional and open to everyone.

Is there an age requirement?
Three Of A Perfect Pair is designed for participants 18 years or older. The host facility is Full Moon Resort. Minors are not permitted at Full Moon Resort without a legal guardian or other adult designated by the participant’s legal guardian as chaperone. If you are an adult attempting to register a minor or if you are a minor attempting to register, you must call Music Masters Collective for further details and to make appropriate arrangements: (845) 254-8009

Are meals included?
Three meals a day, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are included.

If I want to bring my spouse, but they don’t want to attend workshops, can I?
It depends on the event. Some events do allow non-participants, in that case, you would need to purchase a private room (single occupancy) ticket. Non-participants have access to all meals, but no classes or workshops. Additional fees apply. When is check in and check out?
Check in is at 3pm on arrival day and check out is at 11am on departure day. Due to Full Moon’s busy event calendar, it is not possible to check in early or check out late.

Is there cell phone reception at camp?
There is no cell phone reception at Full Moon Resort.  Complimentary phone service for all calls within the U.S. is available at all times at the Inn. Also, there is complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the facility.

What is the weather like at camp?
Weather in the Catskills varies. In the summer months, you can expect warm days (low 70s to upper 80s) and cooler nights (upper 40s to upper 60s).  Click here for updated weather information.

What do you suggest I bring with me?
Audio recording devices
Camera
Clothes & Toiletries (toothbrush, soap, shampoo etc)
Tent Campers - don’t forget towels, sleeping bags, tarps, etc.
Insect Repellent
Swimwear
Flashlight
Writing Utensils & Note Paper
Water bottle

Do you provide equipment storage for tent campers?
This can be arranged on an as needed basis.

Can I select my own roommate?
Yes – if that person is signed up as well. We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they have already registered. Roommates must select the same package and indicate each other as roommate preference on their registration form.

How does the facility select my roommate?
Music Masters Collective selects roommates based on age and gender.

I’m taking the bus, which one should I take?
Buy tickets for the Adirondack Trailways bus that arrives at 3:51pm in Big Indian. The departure bus departs at 10:56am on Friday. For more information regarding bus travel, visit: http://trailwaysny.com/

What Housekeeping services are offered?

Housekeeping is not provided daily. You may request trash removal or towels at the Front Desk at any time. A room refresher (garbage removal and towel replacement) will take place on Wednesday morning. There are no laundry facilities on-site.

Where can I smoke?

Smoking is not permitted indoors anywhere. Please be mindful of other guests and do not smoke near windows, building entrances or on porches. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the facility.

What if I get hungry/thirsty in between meals?

Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Non-Alcoholic beverages and light snacks are available 24/7 in the Cafe.
